In the far western corner of Kentucky, nestled up to the winding bends of the Mississippi River, Fulton County sits amidst natural attributes that combine to make incredible bourbon.
Grains
We source over 1,000,000 bushels of local grain each year from the nearby farms here in Kentucky’s grain belt.
Pure
We sit atop a limestone aquifer, providing the perfect water for a smooth, rich bourbon as it removes iron and imparts minerals like calcium and magnesium that enhance the fermentation process.
Climate
The seasons here in our bourbon-making paradise provide us with the perfect variations in climate, essential to the aging process.
“The combination of climate, water, and conditions for growing grain is what attracted me to make whiskey in this far corner of Kentucky.”
