Seven Generations... and Then Some

It starts with our Master Distiller, Craig Beam. You might recognize those names (first and last). To say he’s bourbon royalty may not be an exaggeration, as Craig is a seventh-generation bourbon distiller. He has been making bourbon since he was legally old enough to drink it and watched his father and grandfather
even before that.

Craig and Assistant Master Distiller Terry Ballard are together, and individually, steeped in making excellent bourbons that carry other people’s brands. As Terry has been heard to say, “We have bourbon in our veins.”

Today, they apply everything they’ve learned over the past 40 years to making bourbon for Jackson Purchase Bourbon.
